As a child, I always had a passion for photography and art. As I progressed into motherhood, my passion for photography soon became an obsession. More and more people told me how creative and powerful my photographs were, and how comfortable I made them feel while taking their photograph. Out of this love and encouragement ‘Photography by Lena’ was born.
I never imagined how much fun could be had at work. I love finding my subject’s unique personal style and incorporating that into their photo shoot. I build each session around the unique needs of each client for a personalized, memorable photographic experience. I try to transform a normal background and setting into something both magical and truly unforgettable.
Photography by Lena is about preserving a memory, it’s feeling, and a precious time in our lives that could have been forgotten. I try to capture everything for you.
My goal is to work with you to produce a personal and professional collection of artistic, storytelling portraits. I want to capture you in a “relaxed posed” manner. In other words, let you be who you are. I want to capture your TRUE personality, and we can do that by just HAVING FUN! I want you to walk away from your session with a sense of joy and security.
As A boudoir Photographer, I want to create an image that wows you. To Capture your Sensuality. To Remind you or your significant other what they have waiting for them at home.
We approach the Session very gradually. We build up a rapport with you before the day of, and get to know you and what you want out of the session. Im open to whatever you are comfortable with. But, for some it is hard to believe how easy the session really is. Im all about having fun and creating a relaxing atmosphere. Good music, a glass of champagne (maybe two), mood lighting and just lots of laughs and a good time! Im really easy-going and have a great sense of humor, but also have a very sensual and passionate side. I try to create art with every image. I think of the female body as thing of Beauty. A Work of Art from our Grand Creator, who was very much an Artist.
By the time you get your images, you will believe for yourself… that you are a WORK OF ART!
